為響應4月23日「世界閱讀日」，推廣閱讀文化，香港公共圖書館以「書頁間的幸福時光」為主題，舉辦2026年「4．23世界閱讀日創作比賽」。我們期望藉着這項結合閱讀與創作的比賽，鼓勵兒童及青少年擴闊閱讀領域，深化閱讀層次，讓閱讀開啟知識大門，拓展視野，豐富人生。

中文主題：開心學藝

以「開心學藝」為主題，自定文章題目，以閱讀報告形式分享一本從香港公共圖書館借閱的書（紙本書或電子書均可），講述該書如何啟發你學習新技能或培養興趣（例如藝術、運動、科學）。300 - 400 字 (標點符號包括在內)

English Theme: “Learning New Skills with Fun”

Write a book report on your own topic under the theme of “Learning New Skills with Fun” and share your thoughts on a book (either printed or electronic) borrowed from a public library in Hong Kong, explaining how the book has inspired you to learn a new skill or cultivate your interests (e.g. art, sports and science). 300 - 400 words (including punctuation)
